We are integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into our EGOCMS platform. The EGOCMS KI module will make everyday work easier for editors and open up new possibilities for content creation. This module will be part of EGOCMS version 25 and a first beta version of version 25 will be available in November.
AI support for the editorial team for more efficient work processes
The AI module offers a range of functions based on the performance of powerful LLMs. These include:

Text
- generation: LLMs can support editors in the creation of texts by generating relevant content, improving formulations or even writing entire sections of text. The AI module is integrated in the toolbar of each text block. Writing styles can be defined. However, the writing style can also be based on the existing articles (e.g. the subpages). Improved
- search function: The AI-supported search enables more precise and faster search results by taking the context of search queries into account.
EGOCMS Chatbot
Another important component of the AI module is the newly developed chatbot. This offers the option of querying the complete content inventory of a client. The chatbot can also be used in an intranet or extranet because, like all EGOCMS modules, it respects the content authorisations that have been set.
The setup and configuration is similar to the search. The chatbot then uses the content of the website to communicate with users and answer questions about the content.
Editors and other users can ask the chatbot questions about products, services, internal processes, studies and teaching. The chatbot provides answers based on the data available in EGOCMS. It is set up by us so that it says so if it cannot answer a question with the information from a client's data.
Models and hosting
The chatbot can be connected to both Chatgpt and open source LLMs. EGOTEC AG can provide hosting, maintenance and support for Llama, Gemma and many other models. We will be happy to advise you.
