EGOCMS security solutions in detail
The EGOCMS offers a comprehensive security solution that implements various protective measures and security standards for the system and the data. This ensures that your data and systems are protected from possible threats by default and provides you with a comprehensive security structure.
SSL Editorial: Encrypted transmission of editorial work is always guaranteed.
SSL Frontend: The encrypted transmission of entire areas of the website, logins and intranet areas is always guaranteed. A certificate is required.
Editorial backup: Manual and automatic, interval-controlled data backup to an archive for each client. Archiving of all editorial content, images and documents. The backup is database and system independent, i.e. the data backup can be imported on any EGOCMS system (e.g. from Oracle on Solaris, to MySQL/MariaDB on Linux or MS SQL on Windows Server).
Admin backup: Manual and/or automatic, interval-controlled data backup to an archive with all groups, roles, users, e-mail templates and workflows.
System backup: Complete system archive with all data, images and documents incl. script for automatically setting up the complete system on another server.
- SSL encryption for editorial and frontend: The EGOCMS ensures that editorial work as well as entire areas of the website, logins and intranet areas are protected by SSL-encrypted transmissions. The use of an SSL certificate is required to ensure data security.
- Editorial backup: Data backup is carried out manually and automatically at set intervals. It includes all editorial content, images and documents. A special feature is that the backup is database- and system-independent, which means that it can be imported on different servers and operating systems.
- Admin backup: This feature enables the backup of groups, roles, users and workflows. The administration level of the system is thus also protected.
- System backup: The module offers the possibility to create a complete system archive containing all data, images and documents. It also includes a script to automatically set up the entire system on another server.
