You can rest assured: EGOCMS is not affected. The attacked Java library Log4J is not used at EGOCMS. Your data is still safe with us!
For the sake of completeness, we would like to point out that the component used in EGOCMS, Elasticssearch, has announced an update for the course of the day. As Elasticsearch is used in the EGOCMS, it does NOT represent a security gap. Nevertheless, we will immediately install the announced update on the servers we manage. If you are responsible for the update management of your installation, we recommend the update as far as it is available.
