EGOCMS Linkchecker module in detail
The EGOCMS Linkchecker module is a useful tool used to check all links on your website. It identifies and lists all broken internal and external links. This helps you to identify and fix problematic links to ensure that your website functions properly.
LINKcheck internal:
Internal links are always correct. If a page is linked that no longer exists, has been moved to the recycle bin or is no longer shared or inactive, no link is created. When pages are deleted, the links are checked for these. Only if there is no longer a link to a page can it be deleted.
LINKcheck external:
Links to other domains (not managed by the EGOCMS installation) are checked manually or automatically on a daily basis. The result is sent by e-mail report or displayed in a desklet.
